While speaking at the premiere Considine said that entire event was overwhelming. “It’s Game of Thrones! What do you expect? I’m excited.”

Rhys Evans talked about the Iron Throne, “You read a scene and imagine how it’s gonna look and you all come on set and it’s actually bigger. It’s excessive. But it looks incredible. It looks beautiful.”

While Emily Carey expressed her feelings about the premiere and says she is having a mixture of feelings, “It’s like a weird mix of feelings. There is so much joy and pride in watching something beautiful come out. But at the same time it’s so sad that it’s over and it’s releasing and we’re not shooting anymore. And I’m petrified so I will just hibernate in my flat and pretending it’s not happened.”

House of the Dragons premiere on 21 August on HBO.
