In an interview with The Late Late Show with James Corden, Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum revealed that they met in the preschool principal’s office after their daughters had fought each other.
Sandra and Channing are co-starring in the new action adventure film, The Lost City dropping in theatres on 25 March. The movie is about an author Loretta Sage (Sandra) who writes about exotic locations in her novels, which includes an attractive cover model named Alan (Channing). Alan aims to set out to save her from her kidnapping and determined to show that he can be a hero in real life as well as on the pages of her novels.
However, the stars did not meet on shooting of their film for the first time, both were called in by the principle not once but twice because there was an altercation between the girls. Tatum explained on the show,
We have two very very strong-willed little girls…very much buttin’ heads.
In fact, the school was merely curious as to how the students might reach an agreement. They devised an ingenious plan to pit two girls against one other in a competition to discover who could be the kindest to the other. Sandra said,
So they were like bringing each other little Dixie cups of water.

But it’s all good between them now, Sandra Bullock disclosed that she and Channing agreed to do the film so that their children could spend time together, since the two girls had become closest friends.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Sandra said both girls now have a strong bond.
It was full months of sleepovers. I mean, they’re the same. They’re two A-type strong women who just, you know, they’re exerting their power. I respect it.
Cheers to the girls, for it is because of those tiny alphas that we get to watch our favorites together!
