Kate Moss joined her ex-boyfriend, Johnny Depp as he performed with Jeff Beck for the third night in a row at Royal Albert Hall in London, just days after pledging her support for Depp’s defamation lawsuit against Amber Heard.
According to a source close, Depp invited his ex-girlfriend Kate Moss to the event on Tuesday evening. In Depp’s slander trial, Moss was summoned as a rebuttal witness. She delivered a short video statement, disputing a supposed accusation that the actor pushed her down a staircase while they were dating in the 1990s. Kate Moss testified that she slipped and Depp took her back to the room and provided her medical assistance.
He never pushed me, kicked me or threw me down any kind of stairs.
Crowd supporters cheered “We love you, Johnny!” and gave Depp a standing ovation in footage of him singing and playing the guitar.
On stage, Depp and Beck were spotted laughing and embracing. The actor pinned his long blonde hair back with a bandana. The duo performed a cover of John Lennon’s 1970 song “Isolation,” from their 2020 collaboration.
The panel of seven jurors gathered Tuesday morning and worked another seven hours, although Depp was visibly missing. Heard has remained in the D.C. region and intends to attend the verdict. The panel is scheduled to reconvene Wednesday morning at 9 a.m. to resume deliberating on the case.
It’s unclear whether Depp will return for the verdict, but it seems doubtful. His team has refused to comment on the situation.
