K-Drama Our Blues Enters Netflix’s Global Top 10


The current tvN drama Our Blues has made Netflix’s Global Top 10 list, according to the series’ production firm Studio Dragon on Thursday.

Our Blues has been placed eighth on the list and fourth in the Non-English Content category. The drama launched on April 9th and has already achieved its best overall audience rating of 9.5 percent through tvN. And as of June 9, it had received over 9 million views on Netflix, and it is most popular in Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Vietnam.

Meanwhile, A Business Proposal (2022) and Twenty-Five Twenty-One (2022) remain in the top ten in the TV category, while Forecasting Love And Weather (2022) and Happiness (2021) have dropped down.


Our Blues is centred on the stories and relationships of fifteen persons who live in a seashore hamlet on Jeju Island. Lee Byung-hun, Shin Min-a, Cha Seung-won, Han Ji-min, Kim Woo-bin, Lee Jung-eun are among the fifteen-member cast.

It was written by Noh Hee-kyung, a well-known Korean screenwriter, and directed by Kim Kyu-tae. The two frequently collaborate, and some of their famous works include the SBS drama series It’s Okay, That’s Love and the tvN serial Dear My Friends.

There are two more episodes left in the show’s 20-part run. They will be aired on June 11 and 12.
