Following the premiere of ‘Godzilla X Kong: The New Empire,’ director Adam Wingard teased the potential for a third installment to complete the MonsterVerse trilogy.

In an interview with Deadline, Wingard expressed his openness to the idea of a trilogy, stating, “Only time will tell.” He emphasized the allure of concluding the saga as a trilogy, acknowledging the audience’s anticipation for a cohesive narrative.

Wingard shared insights into the film’s premise, highlighting Godzilla and Kong’s alliance against a mysterious threat from the Hollow Earth. The star-studded cast includes Rebecca Hall, Bryan Tyree Henry, Dan Stevens, Kaylee Hottle, Alex Ferns, Fala Chen, and Rachel House.
