Although it’s based on the computer game of the same name, the film Assassin’s Creed follows the story of a new character, a social outcast named Cal. Cal discovers that he’s actually the son of an assassin and of the last know person to have possessed the “Apple of Eden.” This makes him valuable to the Abstergo Foundation, which wants to retrieve the apple.
